Booking Terms
By making a booking at The Nest, Asese, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
House Rules
No smoking, no pets, no parties. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes.
